Bought a tire Friday and ended up with a flat the next day. A man not the owner didnβt put my tire all the way on the rim so air was seeping out. I donβt think Iβll be back. Smh

Went up there on Friday to get a replacement tire. While waiting in the tire I noticed that the air kept seeping out and asked the guy about it. The guy advised me it was okay and that he was fixing it. He put the tire on my car and I was able to drive him. Woke up Saturday morning and the tire is on flat and you can hear the air coming out the stem of the tire. I had to work a funeral and when I arrived back on Saturday evening they were closed. Now I have to wait until they open on Monday to get my tire fixed when it could have been fixed when I stayed the problem upfront. But instead he was just trying to make a sale and not concerned about the safety of the customer

Despite my vehicle's manufacturer-recommended tire pressure, they consistently inflated my tires to their own standard, which is not in line with the manufacturer's guidelines. Furthermore, when I needed a tire patch, they improperly installed it, leading to additional issues. I had to take my vehicle to another shop to correct their mistakes, incurring extra costs.

Took a friend to get a used tire. We went on a Sunday, thank goodness they were open!! The man spoke broken English but made himself quite clear. This man was very kind, knowledgeable, proficient in taking the old tire off the rim and putting the new one on it and the price was quite reasonable. The time we spent there was minimal! We might have been there all of 20 min from first talking to him to paying at his register!! I HIGHLY recommend this tire shop for their knowledge and proficiency of tires. Their customer service was IMPECCABLE!!!
